Questions
How soon will I get my video?
We aim to deliver within 5–6 hours of payment, to your email and your dashboard. You will always have it within 24 hours.
What is the short for?
Sharing. It runs just under a minute, so it fits in one WhatsApp Status or Instagram story, and it works on a dating profile or with a biodata. It opens with your name, never shows or says your birth details, and keeps only the sharpest points of your chart. It’s always vertical, with captions.
Will prices go up?
Yes. Today’s prices are early-bird prices for our launch, and they’ll rise later. A video you create now keeps today’s price, even if you pay for it after a rise.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay for one video at a time. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
When is the price fixed?
When you create your video. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, even if our prices change before you pay.
Does the price change with the style or topic?
No. Every style and every topic, including couple compatibility, costs the same. Only the length changes the price.
Which currency will I pay in?
Rupees if you are in India, US dollars everywhere else, based on where you are browsing from.
What if my video doesn’t arrive?
If we can’t make your video, or it arrives broken, you get a full refund. The refund terms have the details.
Can I get the same reading in another length?
Yes, as a new video. Each video is made fresh from your chart, so a longer one covers more, not the same words stretched out.
